Just wanted to see if anybody has a fuel economy MPG reader in their sc. I was thinking of getting one a little more like the infinity's systems but idk yet.

This one doesnt look too bad but i was hoping for something that isnt external i could run to my screen.

 

Hmm, never thought about installing an after market one, all I do is change the settings on my dash to see what my average MPG is at the time and try to always keep it above 23MPG.. This comes standard on the 97+ so I just push a button and tells me what it is. It's tough but it keeps my foot out of it and actually kind of a fun game lol

 

if only there was something for OBD-I that would count MPGs

 

i dont know exactly how most work im sure it is mostly computer but i was thinking maybe something for the fuel tank.

 

If your car is 96-00, then you could just get some sort of bluetooth obd2 and an app like dash command.

 

Thanks i will look into it man, but i may be swapping a digital dash in soon.
