SC400 rear calipers
SC400 rear calipers
I have SC400 rear brakes on my SC300. The driver side piston is frozen, so it is constantly dragging so looking for a replacement.
Does anyone know if any other calipers (ie. LS400, GS400, etc) are the same? I'm referring to the actual piston caliper alone, not the mounting bracket, just the actual piston caliper itself. The local junkyard doesn't have any more SC400 caliper setups, but they do have some LS400 ones so thinking maybe they are the same? Anyone know? I may just go there tomorrow to take a peek, but figured I'd ask here in case anyone already knows. I could order a reman from Napa, but the calipers I have are from the junkyard with a lifetime warranty, so would rather find a replacement from them.
I do already know they are the same as the NA Supra rears, but that doesn't help. Need to know if any others are the same piston caliper.
