If its a 300 then the water pump isnt a quick job. prob cost ya at least 700 or so from a decent shop. The water pump is run off the timing belt. gotta pull everything off the front of the engine to do it. Not terribly hard, but time consuming and you will need some speciality tools. I would wait for one with no rust if it was me.
