Could I swap a 2.5 tt motor in a sc400? I can get a sc400 1992 from my friend with 240,000 miles for like 4,000. I am sure it will need a motor soon. Will the motor drop in the 400 just like the 300 swap? Thanks for the help.

 

i would think it would need a entirely new computer setup, but aside of maybe some motor mount changes, it's the same body.

 

p.s.- 240,000 is just breaking them in.

 

Well, I think the previous owner was a "fast and the furious" type. The car was lowered and has been painted a metallic orange color. I dont think this car has been pampered in other words.

 

Would this have anything to do with that JDM Soarer you are having trouble with? Sounds like a solution on the way.

 

I was thinking if we cant get the rhd registered, i can buy both cars off my friends maybe and have another project in my yard. Sounds like a lot of work, but what the hell... i love this ****.
