I bought a 1995 sc300 and noticed the lights on the front bumper don't turn on Anyone ever experience this and knows how to fix?

Yep, what he said. Check the fuse, then the bulbs, then the harness starting from the bulb all the way to the switch.

Just for fun, put your blinker on and see if it lights up. In a rare situation it may have been wrecked at one point and they replaced the harness with an earlier model, in which case they don't come on like the 95' would.

I'm just going to say this because it took me a few days to realize it. Is the switch turned for them to come on?

On the same extension as the normal lights and blinker. It's more towards the steering wheel. Turn it away from you and they should turn on I believe. Then just leave it turned so they'll turn on with your normal low beams.
