Default need help
My 1992 sc300 is hissing when the car has power but the engine is off. The hiss seems to be coming from behind the ps pump and the intake manifold but I'm not sure. Anybody else with this problem or tips?

I'd imagine that's the fuel going through the rail.

If it's the fuel pump then it sounds like someone did the quick version of the 12v fuel mod on your car. Normally the fuel will not be on with the engine off on these cars.

Agreed, I did the fuel pump mod and it runs the fuel through the rails continuously while the key is on. Check the fuel ECU for cut wires etc.

Thanks! I was just scared because I just bought the car and it had 260k on it I got it for a steal though that's for sure.
