Default Help please

Hello all, I just recently picked up a 95 sc300 with about 230k miles. I'm fairly new to cars and spotted this leak? Not sure if it is a leak. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if this part should be connected to anything as it is leaking out fluids.

Doesn't look big enough to be important, or even from something recurring. More than likely a little water from the recent storm fell there.

Thanks for the quick reply! I just wanted to make sure the car is safe to drive because the pipe comes out from the firewall but isn't connected to anything.

Welcome to CL, please post in the proper sub-forum, your thread has been moved to the sc300/400 performance and maintenance section.
that is normal, King philip is correct it just drop water for the A/C system.
there is also another simlar hose that comes off the battery tray to drip water down to the ground in case something spills in the battery tray.
