hello all,
will I bought a nice pearl white Lexus sc400 93 I did some body work and rust fixing by my self but I am having a weird problem with my driver side window the thing is, if I try pushing the window button up the window goes down and if press down it goes up , I did try searching for bad fuse or bad wire, my window regulator seems good the window regulator seems good as it is working; I am really lost and I would really appreciate if someone would point me on how to fix this weird problem ,

I have seen this only after I replaced a window regulator.
You gust need to switch polarity on the motor manually by
Taking off door panel to gain access to plug for window motor.
Unplug window motor plug.
Disassemble plug and switch polarity.
That should take care of it.

 

If he's competent with wiring, another easier solution (as the damn motor can be tough to reach) is to switch the appropriate wires leading to the window switch. If it were me, I'd find out which, cut them, and splice each end with the other wire's.

This would most likely fix your issue.

 

Well i already have my window regulator out
So you think i just have to flip the wires supplying the engine ?
