Question help ac/heater display and controls stoped working

hello all I am new to this great forum and I was wondering if my problem is common but I already tried searching and I found nothing , well I bought a Lexus sc400 93 pearl white and I detailed the interior fixed rust spots you name it , but I am having a problem my ac/heater displays and controls are not working my guess was that it is not receiving power to operate at all the previous owner told me that it just stopped working I really hope you guys can help me solve this problem.
thanks.

Welcome to CL! That would be caused by a coin falling inside the cigarette lighter. Shorts the circuit. Replace the 15amp fuse by the drivers side kickpanel and you're good to go. Don't know exactly which one it is, your manual will though.
