Engine/electrical problems with a 93 SC400
I'm new to club lexus and I was wondering if I could get some solutions to some problems I've been having with my sc400.
List of symptoms:
-Thick white smoke at cold start up, smells of gas
-Random stall issue (once a month maybe)
-at part throttle the car likes to sputter as if the fuel is being cut but at wot it pulls all the way to the redline
-Also note I have never had a code thrown when any one thing has happened
Things I have done so far:
-checked fuel pump, spark plugs, MAF
-adjusted the tps
-cleaned the IAT
-pulled ecu and one capacitor had completely fallen off and 3 others were obviously corroded so I took it to a computer shop to replace the four, should I replace the rest?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Logan

If the ecu was in that bad of condition, might wanna have them all replaced. Never seen one where a cap had actually fallen off! Might wanna consider buying a spare as well. Also, the fuel pump ecu
I have bypassed the fuel pump and it ran the same. I figured I should have replaced the capacitors but I wanted to see of I missed something else. I will take my ecu to get the rest of the capacitors replaced to see if it fixes my problems
Thanks for your help, Logan
