Those look really good. You've got a great artistic eye. One suggestion I would give, however, would be to take the words Soarer, as well as the soarer logo off. This is a ClubLEXUS contest, not a Clubsoarer contest, so it may have a better chance if you take the Soarer stuff off.

siniquezu,

I think you did a stellar job. I really like both ideas.

I personally like the Soarer nameplate as it separates the average guy from an enthusiast. Similar to BMW guys talking about there cars as E36, E42 etc... And MBZ guys referring to W202s etc.

Great job, any entires for the photo contest?

I love his designs...maybe because they're all pictures of my car.

Good job! hehe

Oooh~
Nice~

How about just a griffin on the left chest, and the word "clublexus" on the back of the t-shirt.
Clean and simple.

I know this would not qualify as an artistic piece...but I'd like to wear something like this.

Thanks guys. Someone had to represent the SCs.

I actually updated the first one and it is on my members gallery but I am waiting for GSTRANCE to upload it to the contest for me.

Thumbs up

Great work on both of them!
Personally I really like the first one and could see it as a banner in my garage, about 4’x4’. But it might be just a little to busy as a T-shirt. Simplicity goes a long way.

maybe its just me... but I think the calculus equations are... well... out of place? The other one is awesome tho. My vote goes for it.

Check this. They refused my my designs for the tshirt contest! What kind of contest is it when the only contestant doesn't even win?!? At least give me a compensation prize or something. They even deleted the thread. ARRGGG!

Anyways, my designs can still be seen at my gallery:

I made some changes to one of the original design, hoping it would ace out my win, but just ended up wasting my time....

those are very nice, but the 2nd one is truly a work of art! I saved it for use as a background...that would make a nice shirt for sure.

I know there are politics involved or something but how can a contest just be revoked? I just can't vent enough. I was the only contestant and I didn't win! Spent many MANY hours on them. GSTRANCE was in charge of it and he just blew me off when I was trying to get an answer about the contest.

I should just design backgrounds only....
Any SC owners need a photochopper?

siniquezu,

I think your designs would make nice desktop backgrounds. If you could make me one for my computer I would be grateful. However, my desktop is 2560x1024 and the side monitors are 1024x1536 arranged side by side. I can never find artwork that will cover all 4 screens and still look normal.

Thanks

siniquez, I was not blowing you off.I told you the designs were good, however a little too busy for a tshirt.I thanked you for your time and effort, but just because you were the only one who did designs for the contest, DOES NOT mean you will automatically win.I did not delete the thread to blow you off either, i deleted it because the contest is over.If there is anything else about the contest you would like to discuss you can PM me or email me at frykshun1@aol.com , or frykshun1 on AIM.
Thank you again for your efforts.
