1999 Sc400 has code P1520 but the check engine light does not stay on after car is turned on, I believe it might be the reason causing the car to idle 400-500rpm in drive, in neutral and park idles good, code has something to do with fuel cut off to engine speed when brakes are applied, where do I start? anybody know what to test for? Thanks
