Default 97 Trunk on a 96 Body? Spoiler light plug/play?

My trunk currently has some dings and dents, and I'm about to buy one from a 97 SC400. I own a 96 SC400 and I'm curious, are there any fitment issues?

The LED spoiler wiring, is it just plug and play, is it the same? I know they have different spoilers, but maybe they have the same LED light...

Also are the bulbs easy to replace on 97 Spoilers?

Any help appreciated.

If terminals are different , just splice it. Not gonna blow up or cause fire.

Has anyone done this before that can chime in? I'm not opposed to splicing the wires, but rather not. Also what about the bulb for the brake light? Easy to do I'm assuming.

I've installed a 97+ spoiler on my wingless 95. On a 97+ spoiler, light module is held by two screws. Stubby screw driver will do the trick. If you're referring to replacing the lights on spoiler, here's a thread for you:
