Default Clunking noise in the differential

Good day Everyone.

Ever since I bought the vehicle (SC400) I have always had a bit of noise from my rear differential and I wanted to address the issue today.
In over a year, the issue does not appear to get any worse.

The wet spot occurred when I drained the diff in order to change the fluid, it does not leak nor loose any oil.

Issue is almost not noticeable while daily driving, however, when tapping the gas pedal while at highway speed, a slight clunk can be felt/heard in the rear end of the vehicle.

Here is a little video

Any input on this or is it time to upgrade.
