Ls600hL Front differential
My front diff has been making noise for the past 5-6 months. Changed the fluid and noticed it was really low but no shavings or damage noticeable. Filled the diff back and test drove. Still made noise but not as much. After 4,000 or less the noise got more loud and more loud. Now no matter what speed the car is, its makes a howling like noise. Sounds like a wheel bearing. But its not. Its coming from the diff up front 100%. Only got 112k on the dash, started around 107k and just been getting louder an louder. Had the dealer do a drain and fill with toyota fluid and it got quieter but back loud again. I have Carchex warranty but i could almost guarantee they will say normal wear and tear. Which is not covered in warranty contract. i've been driving in hopes it just break apart then they will have to replace it complete because its no longer wear n tear. But the damn thing Doesn't wanna blow. Smfh
