Default Side skirt extention?

Hey everyone, i have a weird question. I was wondering if anyone has side skirt extension on there car? You know the ones that you see a lot on FDs and miatas. Ive never seen it done on an SCxxx and was just curious.

Heres a pic on an ISX50

A company on ebay sells custom length carbon fiber splitters for side skirts. I believe they were $340 a pair.

Thanks for the pics!! $3000 is toooo steep for something like that. But they do look great, and there on 97+ sides which is what i wanted to put them on.

whew! carbon fiber sure is baller. i'd go crazy with some fiberglass or ebay set and some CF sheets. most likly they goanna get destroyed anyway on a drop. it'd look weird to do it on pre-97 body, they curve in. i dont like the front part i'd rather try thoes half extention splitters or whatever there called.

I hate carbon fiber products because once they crack they crack. fiberglass can still be repaired with fiberglass.

i dont think they would break or anything on top a 97+ side skirt, i mean ive never really hit my side skirts on anything. My frame will hit something before the side skirt. I will def. keep this idea in mind, i need some more motivation to start modding my car again. lol And i need to put my damn turbo in already too. haha
