Oowee, not bad man. I'm sure there are threads (ill search later) but I wonder what the max an hx35, hg, studs, and a tune will support. I don't really want to mess with internals or even intake manifolds and such if I don't have to.

shouldnt have to mess with internals. they're good up to 700hp. hard to find threads with holsets running high boost on a 1j. i have yet to find any. I knw there are ppl in europe running them on high boost, but no one documents it.

Keep it man, your location says FL? Come cruise lol.

So I'm pretty heavily contemplating selling my 97+ stuff and this rear lip I just got from a friend (can't remember brand) and buying the vspeed kit. Anyone have any comments on it? I see a couple sc's around my area with body kits and the look kind of generic. I'd love to have a more aggressive look tho. :/ just don't want to make my car look meh.

This is all I really had time to take last night. I will try and take a bunch Thursday. But yea it looks pretty cool. I want bigger diameter but shorter piping. Ill likely do a mid mount once I'm single.

Got these too the other day. I'm going from a 3" down pipe and what will essentially be a test pipe section up to a 4" megaphone style exit. I was supposed to do that yesterday but again haven't have a chance to get my exhaust off and cut it up yet so I can take it to my welder.

Nice build thread. I cant wait to swap in the 1j. Those holset turbos are amazing. My brother had it on his rb25 and that thing spooled pretty quick lol.

Does anyone know what rear lip this is? I got it from a friend and forgot what brand it is. He said it was rare and worth like 300+ but I honestly don't know much about Sc lips/body kits

Sorry for the crap photos I dont have much room on my porch lol.

So, I ordered some used coil packs from a local importer. They supposedly have no cracks so hopefully those will work better than mine.

I've also been really considering stripping my car. It's pretty much going to happen I'm just waiting until I have the time to do it. Maybe this weekend.

Well, I changed out my coil packs for a set of used ones that were way cleaner than mine and my car seems to run a little better I guess? But it still hesitates to hold a full 10psi. It runs fine as long as it's not WOT and it feels quick and responsive but it just kind of chugs at 10psi WOT it used to build until it hit boost cut when I got the car but I tore out the old boost controller and ran new vacuum lines. I'm really not sure what's going on because my wide band is reading all screwy and sometimes goes blank (bad sensor?)

I'm thinking about selling my map Ecu v1 (I can't tune it myself) and getting an apexi safc 2 and an hks dli.

I also took out my interior panels. I'm going to tuck some of the plugs and stuff so it looks a bit cleaner but overall my car doesn't feel any different seeing as I have a bucket seat and I've never had door panels in it.

And some pictures because threads without pictures are boring.
