Default Ride Height is off, need help

Since I bought my 98 SC300 back in March, it has been sitting about a 1/2 inch lower on the left rear. I was finally able to get underneath it and visually inspect it after I changed the steering rack bushings. The dealer I got the car from, installed new OEM struts and Tanabe nf210 lowering springs. I checked the mounts and to see if the coils where set properly and they where all fine. Checked over all the bushings, and they seem fine except the diff bushings. All of them are about shot. Could this be the culprit for it sitting funny? I wouldn't think so, but it's puzzling me. It does need an alignment really bad, just can't afford it now. But could it just be sitting like it is because the alignment is off? The eccentric bolts on each side are way off from each other. What else could it be?
