I've got everything for the job except the hoses new in the box from Carson toyota. Supra TT front upgrades, calipers, rotors (tt front cross slotted sc300 rear cross slotted cad plated), ebc pads front and rear, all shims, clips, and even grease and dot 4 fluid. I crashed mine and never got to install these. Thought about keeping them but have no idea when another car will come in. So they are up for the offer.

PM me if you want pics or any other info.

You are correct. You will need +40 offset or greater. Or 18" wheels that will clear - or you can shave the calipers (not recommended).

Carson toyota can get you stock replacements with the features you are looking for. Do I get a kick back Steve?
