You know all it is it's just gutter guards, right? Lol really, Home Depot, ask for gutter guards. It'll be packs of wire mesh sheets. I used them before on my other car. Cheap, too. If you go to Pepboys and find the same thing, $50 for one...

Companies, etc, need to be responsible for any debris from their vehicles that are littering the roadways that could endanger lives. But there's no way to tell who litter is whose.
