1uz Injector Rail Torque Specs??

I really need to know the proper torque for these 4 12mm nuts. I know that when you exceed the threshhold the black plastic spacers begin to crack, but by then the damage is already done. I have only found a years-old thread that had no response, and a mention on lextreme to "rotate the injectors while tightening the nuts to insure proper seating. Good luck" His diagrams don't show the torque for those nuts either. I neither want damage nor leaks. Anyone have a definitive answer?

Use common sense. Snug, not tight. Only thing I use a torque wrench for is engine internals and wheels (for safety), everything else is common sense.
