Default Strange gauge cluster issues. Help!

Hey guys. This is not another standard burnt out needles thread!

Some back story - Some of you may know I just built my soarer trans. While in the process, I had the entire motor out and interior with the exception of the dash so I could install a 6 speed tunnel to clear my external shift assembly. Tonight I got every thing back in and it runs great but new issues have reared their heads and I'm hoping its something simple I'm overlooking.

My gauge cluster worked flawless when I tore the car down. All the needles, motors, time and odometer were all properly lit and functioning. When I got everything hooked back up, the cluster was all dead. No needles, no rpm, no speed, no clock and no odometer. All of my body plugs are plugged in and the cluster was not removed. Any ideas?

I say it has to do with a plug or fuse somewhere on the car. When you did the swap, something has changed, but in your case, for the worse. Is there anything else on the car not working besides the cluster before the swap?

No everything worked. Gauge fuse is not blown. Actually, nothing is blown. I pulled all of the body plugs and ecu to double check and didn't find anything. I'm totally stumped

Pull the cluster back out and see if you are indeed getting power to the plugs itself. If this is getting power, then you might have messed up your cluster or something.

Got a known working cluster and no fix. Is there a module under the dash I don't know about?
