Default inner door rod (searched)

hey everyone. so i found some threads too late on here. my drivers door wouldnt open from the outside, but will from inside. i rolled my window down. took my door panel and found this..

so, question is, what exactly do i need to get my door to work again? its a bit of a hassal to open from the passanger side everytime i get in. i do not have anything to "fab" up. also, where did the end connect too? im assuming it was that white box thing but how?

on the right side of that pic, where the bar goes flat, it is broken off its supossed to be a long flat piece with a hole in the center, that is fixed to a part of the door actuator box that is in the rear most part of the door and has a few rods going in and out of it. other half is probably in the actuator broken. usually you have to replace te whole actuator unless you can fix the rod or mcguiver something up but its usually a replace sort of thing, I have done it before on the passenger side its a tight fit for removal and installation but thats the way to do it.

Yep, I went to Lexus and got the white snap piece today on my lunch. If the arm is broken off you'll have to replace the whole actuator. The cheapest one I saw on ebay with a warranty was $94, hopefully you have a local pick ' n ' pull for cheaper. GL man.

Here's the write up:

You probably need this piece. If not go to the DIY sticky above thread in this forum.

What is the name for the actuator? I went to autozone and they told me it was the door lock actuator. Is that it?

I doubt autozone will have what you want for a good price, yes the whole assembly is called the door lock actuator.
