Wow, what is it with this car? People are jealous or think an old fart is driving?

It's usually people in crap cars, like tonight it was an 80's z28, and a 1990 corolla. I'm not driving slow either... usually 75 in a 65, and these ****ers cut me off so BAD that I had to move to avoid them clipping my front bumper. I swear is happens every single time I drive my SC.

I NEVER get cut off in my two other cars.

I know what you mean, I've lived in Beverly Hills for a total of 1 month and it's a dramatic change from Hawaii where I'm from....so many close calls and I swear some people are just rude...where's the Aloha lol

 

It is the CA drivers and the freeway nonsense. We don't see any of that crap here in Iowa.

Of course, there are not many cars in Iowa.

Ever since I bought my SC in MD, I only got cut off a couple times. I use my gopro as a dashcam. The worse cut off was two weeks ago by a white Maxima. Literally came within inches. I got pissed, got around him and slowed the f down. All other cut offs I had were just people coming into my lane within at least a car length without using the signal and/or coming into my lane and going slow.

 

Solution
-Weld a metal cattle guard on the front bumper
-Attach machine guns to the fenders
-(Optional-Rocket launchers)
-Reinforce all metal with diamond since its the strongest material in the world
-A PA system that plays "Move Bi*ch get out the way"


Now to make sure you have the needed power to complete the task, Go to Autozone and purchase the following parts for more HP
-Intake-easily 400+ more HP
-Bolt on exhaust cause you can't look the part without sounding the part: 900+HP
-Stickers +50 HP each, Thats why you see cars stickerbombed, it turned them into a 1000+ HP Monster!
-Stick on hood scoop +250HP
-Cheap window tint-Gotta be stealth right?+200HP
-Hubcaps-Rims make a car handle better and hubcaps look like rims so whats the difference?+500HP
-Blue headlight bulbs to look EXTRA intimidating! +250HP
With all these mods your looking at a 3,750 HP MONSTER!

Once the SC is converted into military war machine, proceed to destroy any and every target that attempts to cut you off.

On highways I get passed sometimes but more often I'm the one doing the passing while sticking with the general flow of traffic. Most drivers here in Florida don't know how to use turn signals or the use of the right and left lanes correctly. No courteous attention-getting does much. I feel like they're all thinking in slow motion.

I almost never get cut off the way the OP is describing in my SC unless it's rush hour-- when everyone gets cut off regardless of what they're driving. In other more sedate cars, sure, but not often in my SC unless it's by an idiot in a tin can econobox or a redneck in a huge F-350. You can't fault the car for those examples. Vette and Porsche drivers are going fast but are usually very polite about it.

 

I'm experiencing the same thing!!! Ever since I sold my supra and picked up my sc300, I've been getting cut off a lot more. I think it's just because my sc looks stock and plain while my supra stood out more haha

 

I don't really get cut off, but I'm in a small town and am never on the highway for longer than 3 minutes, and I tend to drive slow.

 

It happens to me all the time in the LS and SC. It's always some beat up old piece of junk trying to show off.

Even though it's highly illegal and would be an instant felony/jail time, I really want red and blue police strobe lights just to scare these guys.

Or it would be really cool to be a police officer with a turbo SC as an unmarked patrol car.
