Some 19yr old kid hit me tonight while i was pumping gas. My car wasn't even moving. he just backed into me. Scratched up my paint and put a dent in it. I'm going through his insurance to get money to fix his mess. Besides the check the insurance is going to cut me, I want to see the look on his face when he has to buy his own insurance and know that he has to pay out his nose because he hit a non moving object. And he was driving a 3000gt. This won't be cheap for him. Sucker.

 

Sorry to hear about that. That really sucks. Anyway, you can work out a deal with him so he'll pay you out of pocket? That'll keep your insurance down as well.

I've had previous cars hit before while they were parked.
(one was my a 80 year old geezer that sideswiped half the cars on my block then rammed into a car parked in front of a hydrant, hell everyone on my block was out, old geezer was *****ing, his car acclerated by itself! Sure grandpa! )

Since it wasn't my fault in the least my insurance rates never went up, in fact they went down over time
