Some azz hole hit my car and his insurance co. woulnt pay for it.they know they were at fault cuz they later tried 2 offer $1000 after i filed a law suit but i turned it down because the estimate of the damage is $2100.now we have to go back 2 court. has this ever happened 2 anyone???
