Default Clutch pedal install SC300

Quick question CL: when installing the clutch pedal, I noticed that there are some sort of bolt guides protruding from the back of the clutch pedal bracket where the master bolts in, and I am wondering if these guides are to go through the frame? or are they supposed to sit ON the frame and have the bolts just go through? I ask because I seem to have hit a snag where the top bracket bolt wont line up, and the master cylinder rod won't reach the pedal...

HELP PLEASE I need to get this done in a few days (Spring Break and such)
I'll try to upload a pic tomorrow, my phone is dead ATM

It sits on the frame. Only 3 or 4 holes through the frame but nothing but the bolts go through. The big one for the rod and the two holes for the clutch master. Then one more hole if you want which is way on the bottom.

That's what I thought, but the bracket wasn't sitting properly last night as I was installing it (maybe I was just tired...).

Either way, thanks for your input!

You see the little holes that are already cut out on the foam. You remove the holds and drill the 3 holes for your master cylinder and that one hole on the bottom if you like. I didn't do it but you can if you want.
