Default kit woes

So I was doing a test fit for my body kt and i find this

I know for a fact i did not do that!! does anyone know where i would go and get this fixed??

Body shop? Or replace it. The skirt was probably damaged before and repaired, fiberglass overtop a crack, layer of bondo... and you have that.

so i can take off that i guess 'foot rail' and just put the kit over that?
