Sup joey

I think I've only seen your car once on San Gabriel Blvd.. looks very nice with those rims. I don't really go down there often so it might be the other member....

Ok, the vis kit looks ok in the cars pics u posted, and since im really low with money, i wouldnt mind having that body kit put on my car. Im just wondering, what are the modifications that it needs to be correct, because 500 bucks is cheap and my friend has his own body shop, so he could put it in for me very cheap. I would buy the Vertex, but being a college student, 2 thousand bucks is almost a dream for just a body kit (he, i wish i could afford it). But my primary concern is what really needs to be cut/fixed for this kit to fit properly like the one in the pics u posted.

thanks in advance.

=BANKS= Do a search regarding "VIS"...I'm sure you will find that buying a VIS kit is NOT worth all the trouble...

Default DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whether you got a friend or not it don't matter, HE BETTER OWN THAT BODY SHOP. Because HEAVY and I mean HEAVY modification is needed to put that kit on. In some cases the side skirts aren't even long enough and your friend may be good but there are few body shops that just so happen to have a guy on hand who knows how to make body kit molds (AND HAS THE EQUIPMENT TO DO SO) and then know how to mold it to the crappy VIS KIT. I bought the VIS kit and I had the money to pay to get it put on right. and i say right because if your friend puts it on and it looks like garbage (which if you aren't prepared to drop 3000 to have it installed, which is what that piece of garbage requires for installing) then you might as well have left the stock body on. Because then all you'll have is a lex that looks like crap and over a 1000 bucks wasted.

Getting back to HE BETTER OWN THE SHOP, he better because that job requires mucho mucho amount of hours and I'm sure his boss isn't going to want your car taking up space in his shop for 2 weeks (estimated time to do the job right if your buddy works on it every day).

VIS SUCKS, THEY ARE RUDE AND CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, AND THEY TICKED THE WRONG PERSON OFF WHEN THEY TRIED TO PLAY THAT HAND WITH ME AND IT ENDED UP WITH THEM GETTING IN SEVERE LEGAL TROUBLE. THEY ARE A GARBAGE COMPANY. IF I GET ANOTHER HONDA I'LL BUY A KIT FROM THEM CAUSE IT'S A HONDA. YOU GOT A LEX AND YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PUT QUALITY STUFF ON. OTHERWISE YOU BEGIN TO MAKE YOUR LEX LOOK LIKE A HONDA. AND THATS NOT SOMETHING ANYBODY WITH MERCEDEZ, BMW, OR LEXUS WANTS TO ACCOMPLISH.

This is going nowhere.

Summary: you get what you pay for.
