Question injecter not getting signal no fire

I swapped a 2Jz from a 97SC300 into a mark3. I got it running finally but #4 isn't firing.I check spark first and have that. On to the injector I have fire to it but no signal from ECU to Fire.WTF????? Why would the ECU single out one injecter to not fire? Ive been stumped on this over a week now, I have no more ideas. Help please any imput I'm out of ideas.

I'm a little confused... you say you "have fire to it but no signal from ECU to fire"

How are we testing that and what are we talking about?

One side of injectors is always energized, the ECU just pulls the other side to ground to make the injector open.

Default No fire

Right, I have 12volts to one side, the other side should flash a test light when hooked to 12volts on ground clip and probe stuck into injecter wire. I have this ...on five of um.

Default injecters

No, no fuel all. The injecters have 12volts to them when ign. is in on or crank, the ecu feeds a ground to the other wire when it wants the inj open. I'm not getting the neg from ecu.

Alright, so, if thats the case, then you either have a wiring issue or a ECU issue...

wiring is easy enough to test, simply ohm the wire from the injector clip to the ECU harness...

I got your PM about trying multiple ECU's, so, I would say it almost has to be a wiring issue if the exact same problem exists with mulitple ECU's... Might be something as simple as the injector wiring clip - they are notorious for failing on all cars...

Default injecters

Glad you are back, always helps just to bounce ideas if nothing else. I ran a continuity test from ecu to injectr good. I also checked at the ecu, and had no flash intermitant ground from ecu to injecter. Back to the????????????????
