get it fixed, and check everything. if they dont do it right make there *** do it again. it's up to you to say your happy with what they have done. other option is get it fixed ans sue them for the damage.
I hate this type of crap. I parked my winter SC in a downtown parking lot, the type where you have to leave your keys. I come back and my front lip is bent and parked right over the curb. The front lip was in perfect shape before I parked it there. I'm never leaving my SC with anyone ever again.
i agree too. i used to work for valet too in the past.

Grab the valet knock his front teeth out and then throw him questions set of wooden teeth and say how do you like my solution. Now fix my grill the way it is supposed to be.
Just kidding don't do it. Go after the insurance company for full repairs with the right parts.
If its your car you ultimately get to decide which car your shop goes to within reason, and they should have to pay for it because they are at fault. they don't get to decide because they are at fault don't let them bully you. take their insurance down and file a claim with their insurance. then get your car fixed yourself at your own shop and they should pick up the bill. If you let them have their way you will probably not get the best work.
Ouch, that really sucks to see! Of course they don't want to pay for it, I'm not surprised... hopefully your insurance and the valet can come to a better agreement and get her fixed the right way for you!
Damn man I am sorry to hear that this happen to you If it was me I would have said well I guess I am getting a new sc and you are paying for it. But I hope all work out for the best .
