trac light problem
Whats up my fellow sc owners I just ran into a little problem ...I started to drive my sc which is a 400 and my trac light came on I pulled over shut her off and started back up trac light went off haven't came back on yet but can someone please tell me what is the problem...thank you
There is an accumulator next to the master cylinder on the driver side under the hood, get a plastic line and attach it to the nipple and the other end into a bucket and loosen the nipple to remove any air from there. Also attached to that accumulator is a high pressure line, check if it is cracked/hard/bulged/damaged.
I have been trying to locate this hose by itself but it comes with the accumulator as a set. Got a used one for 50 shipped off of ebay.
PS. If you're going to replace, before you take anything else apart, save yourself a lot of hassle and see if you have the tools to remove the hose first. The transmission dipstick wont allow anything over an inch in width in between and u need a lot of torque to loosen that sucker.
