Default sc400 drive shaft bolt info

Hey guys,

i just acquired a sc400 driveshaft in my 1jz build and it came without the bolts (guy lost them).

So I need these bolts to get my car running if anyone can give me the exact info on the bolts so i could purchase them from the auto parts store. Its a six bolt design driveshaft.

Thanks

Just buy Grade 8 bolts or better.

I would almost rather use the oem bolts from the dealer on this one unless you are running a stock low hp set up?

Yeah, i wouldnt just throw a bolt in there that seems to fit. Are you referring to the bolts on the diff side? You should try a junkyard.

I took it to lordco the guy was being a doush and wouldnt do that. Yeah man it was the bolts that connect to the diff. I needed to know the length and the diameter and thread pitch.

IIRC I think they're M12 x 1.25 thread but I don't remember the length. Only needs to be long enough to get thru the nut.

Hey I had another question. I was trying to start my car but won't even attemp to crank. I test the battery and starter they are good but my auto trans shift linkage is not connected. Is there some sort of sensor that could be affecting this? or possibly in wrong gear lol
