I will personally go with non vvti due to more support and aftermarket parts I believe. If funds permit v160 6 speed tranny. But what tranny do you want to use ? I guess more important is what are your power goals? How will the car be used...daily driver , track only car? That in a way will dictate the parts u will need to collect. And if you think you can do a lot of the work involved , then you will save tons of money.

i will be doing the entire swap myself and i want to make 600 to the ground i plan to go with a big single after ive saved up and bought every thing tha is needed and it will be a daily driver also and i an unsure how the auto tranny shifts on a aristo tranny i whant a good hard shift but idk if they make a shift kit for them and what they can handle i foud a setup where i can put a turbo 400 behind it and i have a built turbo400 setting in the floor i built in my dads machine shop my past is all old hotrods and dragracing and im set out to out do my father with a import hes said i cant achieve it and now i must do it i was wanting a auto tranny because my car is already auto and it would make things alot more easy then going to the 5 or 6 speed and having to find clutch lines slave cylinder excetra that is what i believe any ways the only part i know about the sc is what i have read online
