its very common for the bulbs to die you just need to take the cluster out and replace them. Very simple process, check out the DIY threads.

The needles or of the bulbs to light the rest of the cluster up? If it's the needles then I would look into some people that do that service, I don't know anybody that's gotten OEM ones (They'd probably be really expensive just for needles too). If its the bulb in the back then you can replace those if you take the cluster out. Mine are replaced with white LED's.

Is the needle LED bar not lighting up? If so you need to send the cluster to lextech i've read. I need to do it myself as well, its a common problem.

The needle itself is bad. Remove it and test with a 9 volt battery to assure its the needle and not in the cluster somehwere. Lextech can reapir the needles for cheap. I would get them all fixed and call it the day. Maybe upgrade the backlighting with leds, or replace the 8 bulbs in the rear while the cluster is out. Also make sure the five screws in the back behind the needle is secure and not loose. I used some dielectric grease on the ends of mine, and it worked again. Just a little dab.
