Default Automatic Transmission Fluid

Sorry for the re post but somehow the original post was moved to the IS forum. My question is can I use something other than ATF-T in my 93 SC 400?

They use ATF in the PS pump..but other than that, the transmission..why would you wanna use something else? ATF is a very very very light oil.

Hey thanks for posting. I was just trying tosee if I could use synthetic ATF, or ATF-F as opposed to ATF-T. I just went by Toyota and picked upa gallon of ATF-T IV.
