Wouldn't matter if jesus made turbos like the Borg you mention with off the shelf sizes the same as you mention, the 1.05a/r would still be gay for a stock 1jz.

Ps: Borg makes all sorts of turbos, and they don't start at .88a/r and go larger.

 

spoolxexo I have been meaning to ask you. What was the max boost did you run on your hx35 and at what rpm did you hit full boost ? How much laggier was it compared to the stock twin?
