Depends if you're going for looks or performance.

2k is my budget, Im aiming more toward looks I've already purchased a set of rims with w/et streets for performance. Would 19×10.5 fit with no spacers?

Wider is better, can't go wrong with Work, Weds, Leon Hardiritt, SSR, BBS, etc. 19x9.5 front and 19x10.5 rear is pretty ideal on most Lexus cars

Im running 19x9.5 19x10.5 with 0 offset all the way around and it looks great with a roll and pull with some camber but my car is dumped. If you just plan to drop it a Lil then u might be alright.

Nothing drastic, you probably just need to roll the fenders, stretch the tires, and camber the wheels. That's pretty common when everybody goes into fitment nowadays.
