Not only does the paint chip, but the color also doesn't match exactly. This is definitely not a permanent fix. I do not recommend it, but for $50, you get what you pay for.
Several months ago my Lexus dealer referred me to someone who did leather repairs using a similar product to what you guys are discussing. It was semi-hard after application. It didn't take long for it to start cracking. I wouldn't do it.
Is the material on the sides of the seat (nearest the door) leather or vinyl? I've got some stress cuts that I need repair before they get bigger. What say ye all?
i used it, it sure doesn look nice when you done but after few day it start cracking and if you use leather cleaner it will come off easy. Don't waste your money...........
