I am looking to swap my sc400 tranny my concerns are what all do I need I got a deal on an adapter plate from quantum auto off Craigslist for $60 unused so I know I need the following

I used a W58 from a mkIV. I used the same transmission crossmember as I already had. I did get a new rubber mount though. If you use a hydraulic throwout bearing as described in "the ultimate w58 swap" thread you do not need a clutch slave master cylinder and remove the need for a clutch fork etc. A much simpler solution. Otherwise you are on the right track. Look here https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...s-of-pics.html . I think I have a little under my name as well.
