Also which flywheel and clutch do i have to use?

I recently did a W58 swap myself, but I was swapping from a W55. I can tell you that you will need the bellhousing from the W55 to make the transmission the correct length. Also you will need the tail-housing / shifter assembly from the W55 as well. As for clutch setup, I'd suggest to go with the MKIV Supra N/A clutch setup. So you need the flywheel, flywheel bolts, clutch kit (disc and PP). I think the W55/W58 throwout levers are the same, but I just used my W55 one. Also you will need an 80mm pushrod for the slave cylinder.

If you haven't already, go and search on my.is as well.

i just did this swap to my 01 Auto and i use the w58 bell housing and simply cut and welded the fork that holds the shifter to make it sit center and i did a custom 1 piece drive shaft. i put it to gather on a 1,100 budget.

Keep in mind that the tripod is only on the W58 from the NA Supra or later model SC300 like 1Gis300 has so this modification may not work on earlier SC300 W58's, therefore requiring the W55 rear housing and driveshaft.

At that point you may need to find a W55 tailpiece and swap it out.
