Default top drift practice video

The Lex is really dialed in now. full cage, solid subframe and diff bushings. 400hp at 2900lbs. that's curb weight not boost pressure. haha. check out what this sc300 track car can do. 5 years in the making and now it's finally coming together.

Nice! That thing sounds mean as hell! What weight reduction mods do you have to get it down to 2900 with a cage?

Thanks,
Rick

stripped all sound deadening, no interior (basically the only thing i kept was the top half of the dash). no door panels, no sun roof, nothing in the trunk, custom steering column, 2 sparco buckets, remove stock seat belts for sparco harness, no ac/heater core, radio, speakers. cut out spare tire metal and replaced with sheet metal.also i think the 1j is a little lighter than a 2j.

They appears to be so much fun.. I just cant get my self to do this kind of things. be afraid to scratch or dent something. Plus I can t afford the tires. That is indeed one light SC!

Halfway into a similar removal process on a sc400. Probably have about five years of work to go as well. Just doing what I can afford for now.
