I haven't been on here for a while but I just finally picked up some 97 tails. I did a quick search to find some pics of some modified ones but didn't find much. Post some pics if you have em.

I like the 97 tails, but the red/smoke and red/white pre-97 with the sequential lighting KILL the 97+ tails.

I get that the 97's have the little fancy rim around them, but the smoked out earlier set looks MUCH MUCH better, especially with the bright bulbs in sequence. I get more compliments on my sequential tails than on almost any other aspect of my SC.

Oh, and those badges are goofy and you should take them off. They don't ruin the car, but they equate it with the tools who put all those ridiculous badges on their ricers that don't belong.

I appreciate the opinion but I think I'll keep em. I got sick of people asking me if I had a 2jzgte swap and idiots asking how much hp my 4 cylinder had. Not that it bothered me, I just got sick of people asking all the time. Also, I like it, my friends like it, and that's all that matters. I could care less what it equates to. Last time I checked, having a V8 meant you had 3 teeth left and sex with your sister was just an everyday thing.

no other modded lights, was thinking spray tint on the inside or delined?

delined would look nice and redouts make it look complete

I know this probably doesn't belong here, but here are my '92-'94 tails, but I will be buying sometime in the future some '97+ tails and completely red those out as well.

kinda off topic but i think the badge would look good you took off the gt emblem.... your car is a v8 so its not like your lying. But the gt is kinda random and looks outta place

The Clear Corners tails are ok, way over priced for what they are. These are the first set of custom 97s that my friend made. he will hopefully be making me a set later this year when he has time. His look much nicer to me and the quality is probably better. Also his price wouldn't even be half the cost of the Clear Corners lights. 45 degree LEDs were used so you actually see the light from all angles. I will be doing something similar to Kohinoor for now painting the chrome part black.
