Default 2jzgte swap...wont crank

So finally i got the motor in, everything hooked up and when i turn the key on all the lights come on the dash when i go to crank it the cluster lights turn off like its going to crank but nothing. Now i got Omar coming by tomorow to help me out but as i sit here by myself i would like to troubleshoot as much as possible myself. Its a aristo 2jzgte with Cherplex Wiring harness done by dr tweak. If i understand correctly its a usdm Supra harness mated with sc300 harness. I'm running JDM aristo ecu and the car is manual. Things i have checked already.
1.I got power at igniter when the key is on.
2.I have power at ST(starter) fuse when i attempt to crank
3.I have all the grounds connected the 2 grounds on the engine on the intake, the ground strap by the battery, the main ground from the battery to the body then to the block.
4.I have no power at Panel 7.5 amp fuse by the driver side kick panel?
5. On starter Relay #3 prong i have constant 12v key on or off, other prongs i have nothing no ground no power. IF i try t jump 3 and 5 nothing happens. If i jump the starter wire on the starter itself the car cranks but wont start.
6. With ignition the fuel pump will not turn on(i'm guessing the no crank and fuel pump is somewhat related.)
7. I tried dissarming the anti tieft but it has really never giving me any problems before.
At this point i'm just stuck, if it at least cranked but didnt start i could def have a better chance of figuring it out but it wont even crank.
8. All the body plugs are plugged in .
9.Nutral safety switch has 12 v when i attempt to crank it...i tried jumping it and also just leaving it pluged in by the clutch pedal.

Did you do the 12v fuel pump mod? I had the same issues as you, ended up being the fuel pump wasn't coming on with the fuel pump ecu, so did the 12v mod and ran a wire from the ignition switch to the starter relay, should start up for you with those 2

No I have not done that, I didn't think fuel pump mod was necessary?

Sounds like a grounding issue. My car did the exact same thing when I first tried to start it.. I actually had to pull the ground off the block/motor mount bracket and clean it up. then boom...no spark! Oh yeah...easy way to check is to put jumper cables from the negative cable to the block. Hope this helps.

jump pins fp and b+ in the diagnostic box and turn the key to the on position to see if the fuel pump primes. IF it does then jump starter relay pins 3 and 5 to see if it starts. Im having a similar problem, when i turn the key on to start the car doesnt crank but i can start the car jumping the starter relay. I hope you guys figure something out cause ive been too lazy to look through the wiring diagrams lol.

Remember you paint the engine bay so it's really hard to get a good ground in that bay ..

I'll stop by after work hopefully we can get it running!

Your fuel pump ecu was propably faulty , that's why when you bypassed it your car started right up.

Did you check the 100 amp fuse in the fuse block? Then the 40 amp fuse for the ignition switch. With the clutch pedal pushed in you should have power at pin 2 (starter relay) with ignition in start position. Do you have that?

My main fuse is 60 amp and it has power , I haven't checked the40 amp in the kick panel will check shortly . All the accessories work in the car even when I try to crank with clutch pedal depressed the cluster lights turn off and low oil level light turns on . I have no check engine light when ignition is turned on though, with starter relay removed im using power probe to check for power and ground I only have 12v at pin 3 , no grounds anywhere also with key on same thing I will try to crank and check what happens at pin # 2
