Default Changed plugs then ????

Hey guys this problem may to simple for u but, was changing the plugs on my sc3 pain in the buttocks but got it done while putting a hole in the coolant hose going into throttle body but anyway after changing plugs the temp gauge stop working. I haven't tried anything yet but was thinking the temp sensor was bad but I don't know where it is. I love pics guys
