Default Interior Fixing (Nasty Heat!!!)

I'm wondering what the best way is to sew leather from the back seat on a Lexus SC400.
It is so dry, it has pulled away at top seams and ripped a crack about 1 inch, in 2 spots.
It is like tapping on a baseball.
What would be the best way to approach fixing this?

Thanks in advance

It's not a crack straight through the seat itself, it's just at the seam, were it was sewed before.
I've seen this happen to these cars here in NM.

Oh yeah, I have this same issue too, it's like 2 inches right at the top seam on the backseat also. I'll definitely stay up to date on this because I don't have a clue how to fix it either. o_O

Let the pros fix it. They can just replace the portion that is tore and is tearing. If it was me, I would just source out a nice back seat that isnt torn. JMO. GL
