Just an update for you guys. I seem to have found my issue! It seems as though the pressure line on the throttle body was sticky. Was solved in a similar fashion to this guys thread.

I've dropped about 4000$ on the car attempting to fix this issue... and it turns out to be a simple cable HAH. Well at least I wont be running into any common problems for a long time!
