Default Instrument panel

hello to all, here in Australia I have one of the last production v8 soarers, the gtl. I love the look of the Lexus instrument panel with dials instead of digital read, and here's the question, does anyone know if the Lexus instrument panel is interchangeable with the Soarer panel, I realise that not too many soarers reached the U.S but was curious if anyone had info, Mike

A while ago I asked about the inverse conversion (from analogue to digi) and there was a LOOOOONG write up to convert it which included buying sensors etc and a whole lot of wiring chaos. Not sure about the other way around but I expect the same wiring chaos never the less... or who knows, maybe not. GL

Default digital to analogue

heres a thought, I have a donor v8 soarer, if I could get my hands on an sc 400 instrument panel and put it into the donor car and see what happens, of course I would keep a step x step record of my progress, who knows, i know certain things will be affected, but it would be an interesting project, Mike

Default digital to analogue

Evening cmh, just one of my mad moments, have done some research, and will keep this baby stock, a veritable minefield that idea, but hey, I do have a digital panel in my donor v8, not doing much, reading 160000 k's, donor car is '91 uzz ltd, in great condition, Mike
