Default Fuel Pump Not Getting Power

I attempted to start my car after a rebuild/turbo build just last week. I installed my piggy back fuel controller and realized it wasn't getting any power. I sent it in the be repaired and plugged in the stock ecu to see if my fuel pump (walbro 400lph) would prime. It didn't and I don't think the car is getting fuel when I try to start it. What could be the problem? Ground points? I know there are two ground points on the drivers side of the motor (2jzge) that I connected to the intake manifold. Is this ok or should they go somewhere else? Is there anything else I should look at?

Isnt there a fuel pump ecu? Have you tried the 12v mod on the fuel ecu?

Your CONTROLLER isn't getting power, or your PUMP isn't getting power??
