Default Quick help on coilover spring removal. STANCE Coilovers

Hey everyone im changing my springs on my stance coilovers and need some advice on how to remove the spring. Do i work from the bottom up and take the bottom mount off and take the collars off, or do i have to do it from the top?

A quick reply will be very helpful because im in the process of doing it. Thanks!!

Although not familiar with stance coilovers for the sc
Some advice is to loosen the top locking but while the coilovers are loaded on the ground, then remove the coilovers. This way when the coilovers are off you don't need so much force to remove the lock nut

If the spring is a hair small, just grind the inner portion of the spring a little
